Millennium Enterprises ke Expense System ko use karne ka aasan tarika
Ye portal employees ko unke daily expenses aur received amounts ko manage karne mein madad karta hai. Aap apne expenses submit kar sakte hain, unka status track kar sakte hain aur reports generate kar sakte hain.
Apne official Email aur Password se Employee Portal mein login karein.
Sidebar ya Dashboard se "Manage Expenses" mein jayein aur "New Expense" button par click karein.
Department aur Site Name select karein. Date select karein (Dhyan rahe, aap pichle 3 din tak ka hi entry kar sakte hain).
Agar aapne paise kharch kiye hain toh "Expense" select karein. Agar aapko advance ya reimbursement mila hai toh "Received" select karein.
Expense submit karte waqt bills/vouchers ki PDF file upload karna zaroori hai. Binary files ya photos directly allowed nahi hain, unhe PDF mein convert karke hi upload karein.
Aapka expense abhi review mein hai. Aap ise Edit ya Delete kar sakte hain.
Manager ne ise approve kar diya hai. Ab ise badla nahi ja sakta.
Ise manager dwara reject kiya gaya hai. Aap rejection reason check kar sakte hain.
